Diversified Coatings Systems is a full service assembly parts finishing company. We offer manufacturers high quality coating services, reliable distribution and light assembly convenience. Our 50,000 square foot painting facility, located in Greenville, South Carolina, supports the plastic painting needs of companies throughout the Southeast and beyond.

Our high adaptable paintline process utilizes robotic application technology to meet and exceed the most demanding quality requirements. Coupled with advanced environmental controls, the DCS paintline delivers the quality manufacturers expect without damaging our precious natural resources. We remain constantly aware of our responsibility to the environment and our community in both our product and our services

The DCS paintline applies solvent borne materials with a wide range of cure temperatures, accommodating ABS, TPO, and PPO plastics. Our line has also be recently adapted to water-borne paint applications in order to better serve a wide array of customer requirements.

Our facility incorporates a Kan-ban method of inventory control: holding minimal supply of customer parts in order to ensure a steady flow of finished parts to the final assembly destination. We understand the importance of on time shipments and the expense incurred with even the smallest delay.

At the present time, DCS is ready to accommodate an operational capacity of 24 hours a day, 5 days per week.
